The Spiral’s unique design ensures that every floor opens up to the outdoors creating hanging gardens and cascading atria that connect the open floor plates from the ground floor. The 66-floor class-A tower will boast over 2.85 million sq. ft. of connected and sustainable office space. Developed by Tishman Speyer Properties (TSP) and designed by architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group, the scope of work also includes accessible public spaces and parks, and numerous retail and dining options.
Turner utilized a traditional delivery model with early design assist packages. The team executed lean construction practices and worked collaboartively in an "open room" field office. The Spiral was delivered one month early after recovering the full 3 months of forced shut down by regulatory agencies during the pandemic, accelerating 4 months in total.
